Moron Movies
Mikaele and I were talking this weekend about the party about what movie I would be showing. I told her Misty Dawn, but she didn't get the joke, so she suggested we show some Moron Movies.
If you've never heard of Moron Movies, they are 30-second short films made by Len Cella. I had never heard of them until we found them in our local Blockbuster and rented them. And then we rented them again. And again. And again.
One of our favorites was the world's worst magician, including the classic quote: "Is it red for chrissakes?" The phrase has been in our collective vernacular for going on 13 years now. I scoured the web for some clips, and finally found a few in YouTube, the home of copyright ignorance. Thankfully for us, someone has added several Moron Movies, including the world's worst comedian. It's in the clip below, it's the second one. Great stuff.
Mikaele, this one's for you.

Posted by: jenny at May 22, 2006 3:06 PMwow... this is quite possibly the dumbest thing I've ever seen. haha... you must have been really high or very bored to rent these.
Posted by: Justin at May 22, 2006 10:20 PMhilarious. To this day, after a hard night's drinking, I acknowledge his claim that One Russian beer fart can knock down Ten Americans.
Posted by: jerry at May 22, 2006 11:49 PMHEY! Dont knock what we did to entertain ourselves. Wegmans and those movies were a major part in our lives. Wow....we suck :)
