Spore is Fun

I've been playing with the Spore Creature Creator tonight. The creator was just $10 at WalMart and I think it's something the boys will enjoy - creating creatures and using their imaginations.

There are a ton of really interesting features in the creature creator, like the animated avatar builder and my new favorite, the feature that lets you record video of your creature doing actions and automatically upload that video to YouTube. Here's some video I made tonight.

All this is just a prelude to the actual Spore game, due in September. I tried to describe it to Jenny as The Sims meet Sim City then multiply that by 1,000.
