Where's the Wii?

I had to send our Wii to Nintendo for repair - it was showing blocky graphics in both regular Wii games and Virtual Console games. I think it may be related to some GPU issues people have reported on the web.

The repair and return process was painless, which was good.

The problem: despite calling Nintendo 2 times before shipping my Wii to them to ensure they had the new address, they returned my console to my old address - yes, the place we haven't lived at since June. Way to go, Nintendo. 2nd problem - they didn't make anyone sign for the Wii, they tracking report said "left at front door." Nice. Good thing it was raining yesterday.

Luckily, the new tenants of our old flat, who we've never met, grabbed the package. I felt bad interrupting their party or whatever they were having yesterday, but I was able to retrieve the Wii intact.

It could be a completely separate post, but it was pretty weird seeing the old place and how they had decorated it. Don't get me wrong - I much prefer our new house, but it's still weird.
